NBA Pimps: Part 1
14 02 2008Firstly, sorry for the lack of updates. The Lunar New Year celebration has gotten me busy… and really broke as well.
Usually during this festive season, I’d be “profiting” from receiving ang paos from relatives and friends. As I got older, it’s the other way round - though I’m still receiving the little red packets, it’s gotten alot less, and I realize I’m giving out more money to my loved ones. The irony is that I’m giving out ang paos even though I’m not married yet. O_o
Ah well, it’s all for the good. And I’m glad everyone is happy. I have to work extra hard now.
On to today’s post, it’s about the upcoming NBA 2008 All-Star Weekend! My favorite time of the NBA season. Yeaaa~ apparently more than I love the playoffs.

It’s gonna be a fun weekend…
Some of the contests (Slam Dunk in particular) will be decided by fan votings. The reason I titled this post as “NBA Pimps” is because some of the contestants were actually pimping for votes on YouTube.
You can sense that it’ll be a great showdown and the competition will be intense because the contestants this year seem really competitive. Here’re some videos that you should really watch if you’re an NBA fan…
