Came across this unique flash game and thought I’d post it here.
It’s called Karoshi: Suicide Salaryman and basically you try to make your guy die in each level.

Taken from the game page itself:
“Karoshi” is a Japanese word and means “death by overwork”. In this game many things are not what you’d expect and the goal of each level is counter-intuitive: you need to die.

Each stage presents a new challenge. There are several objects you can use to solve puzzles, and in later levels the game will even break it’s own rules to surprise you.

50 clever levels and a boss fight at the end. We hope you have fun (killing yourself)!

If you have played the Game Maker version, YES this is an official Flash version!

Not difficult really (who doesn’t know how to die??). But still rather addicting (the game I mean, not the dying part).

No embedding the game here, so to check it out just visit:

This is the last video from the winners of the YouTube 2006 Video Awards that I’m posting. There are actually 3 more winners but I feel they’re undeserving. They probably won because of spam votes. For more information on the exact winners, check out YTAwards.

Onto the winner for Most Adorable Video, I consider this to be the most touching video too. An animation video…
WARNING: Watching this may also make you go in tears!

Kiwi!

Excellent video. Just not to spoil it I’ll split my comments. Do check out the rest of this entry.

Done so perfectly. So beautiful, charming, hopeful and yet so sad.
This shows how a small kiwi bird will go to great amounts of effort and sacrifice in order to fulfill his dreams.
All he wanted to do was feel how it is to fly like the other birds~

The part where he jumped to clap his legs was adorable huh?
Awesome video and a work of art. Damn, these guys are good!

Many people have asked whether the Kiwi actually died in the end. Honestly, I believe they made him die. Listen to the soft thud towards the end of the video… ;(

Believe in yourself. We all die someday somehow, but will our dreams be fulfilled like the Kiwi’s?
